is so good. However, pay attention to the size of the existing hole in the counter. I need to add some support as my hole was too wide for the required size 19 1/8" x 33 7/8" (you can easily google the manual by the way). What is not an oven fault is that some kitchen sounds are difficult to describe. like an insect repellent, only much milder. but if you see "induction cooker hum", it seems normal. Plus it's beautiful and works great. I don't like paying for it, but the wife is happy to replace all her copper bottomed pots/pans with ferrous ones that work on induction. and it's very cool how we can cook in the kitchen and not get heat from the oven while we work. My ONLY issue is the thin metal bar that surrounds the rim and supports the entire unit (unless you put it on glass, which we didn't want). I'll contact you if there are any issues, but the first week is going great.
