I usually wear a 9.5 and sometimes a 10 so I ordered 10 and they fit perfectly. They worked for what I needed. We went to the adventure park and spent all day walking through the caves and over the rock. In the middle of the day, there were many places on the sole of the shoe where the "grips" were completely worn out. They lasted the rest of the day but I would suggest using them more for softer bottoms like the beach if you are looking for durable water shoes. I just needed them that day so they were perfect for that.
