This is one of the best food slicers in my opinion. It's pretty durable if you take your time and take your time. It's easy to use. It's relatively easy to clean. It takes some effort to get everything out of the corner of the blade where it connects. I like that it slices through the entire surface as intended. I'm only giving 4 stars because the end of the cheese sticks to the knife and has to be torn off after each bite. This can easily tear the pane. It takes a lot of time to prepare a decorative style cheese tray for fun. This device is much better than wire cutters.
