Identical to the product purchased. Very tightly packed in a gray plastic foil. Both soaps arrived damaged. It took some time from my order to actually receiving it (maybe a little over a week but COVID-19 might slow things down). The product is the only one recommended for our child's skin (unidentified rash/itch) by our pediatric dermatologist. I think it helps. Not a very pleasant smell - not a bad smell, just no perfume products, so it smells like soap that my grandmother used to use as a kid ;) Best prices on Amazon are $10 for two bars of soap.
