I am really impressed with these bows. I ordered them with very low expectations. I was in desperate need of new bows for my garland outside and couldn't find the matching ribbon to go with my wreath anywhere. I also didn't want to invest a lot in fashion ribbons this year because we're thinking about moving. I wasn't sure if they would work for my purpose, but figured I might give them away if they didn't. They arrived in a tiny package - probably 1.5 inches, maybe 6 inches, with rope included. You simply read the instructions (important), pull the string and it turns into a bow. I gave the string to my three year old son and he ran with it while I held the bow. He had a great time and it worked very well, looked exactly like the picture. I put them outside and they looked surprisingly good! It's not your typical outdoor bow, but it does a great job, especially for the price. And in any case, no one will approach the arch to see what it is made of. I expected them to collapse in the rain but we had a big storm the following week and they stayed the same as before. We had a lot of rain this December and to be honest they still looked just as good when I took them off after Christmas. Maybe I'll use them again next year!
