His controls are unpredictable at best. And I would classify it as garbage.
Had a few problems from the start trying to adjust the volume, change channels or turn off. We sent it to Sangean for repair, it took 7 days to get the return label. When he was brought back there was no explanation as to what was wrong with him. There is a service department. seems indifferent to our problems. We still have problems with that. Will buy replacement soon.
