I wear small on the big side and medium on the short side. It suits me perfectly. The shirt is well made and stylish. I would have preferred not to have a pocket on the chest, I think it ruins the look a bit and I never use it, but it's still a nice and well fitting shirt. The material is lighter and therefore comfortable to wear in the Arizona sun where we need to wear long sleeves for sun protection, especially in warmer weather.
