I have long dreamed of buying, but when I saw the fragility of the structure, I immediately minus a point, the remains of dirt on the floor - another minus point. I was already thinking about getting a refund, but I decided to leave it and use it for washing the stove and steaming clothes (although I haven’t used this nozzle yet) Pros below: - Low price compared to other brands - works - compact, takes up little space in the pantry - Quick start, ready to go - works quietly, only a pleasant steam noise, it's nice to clean - very cool conical nozzle, it is convenient to clean the joint between the hob and the worktop - I saw in the reviews that a rag flies off, it seems to me that it never flew off With its cons: - a very flimsy handle, I don’t know how to explain it, but it moves in all directions in the places of attachment and extension. According to the photo and reviews before purchase, it seemed more durable and reliable - as it turned out, there is only one steam hole on the main large nozzle - it is not very convenient to use the nozzle for gl / tiles - water flows very strongly even at low steam power - it only releases steam, but does not in like a vacuum cleaner, so it would be better to vacuum it before washing the floor (for me this is a minus, but it may not cause inconvenience to someone) - washes not 100% clean compared to rag+water with floor cleaner
