Review on πŸ‘“ Enhanced LG AG-S250 3D Active Shutter Glasses for 2011 LG 3D Plasma HDTVs by Shawn Quick

Revainrating 5 out of 5

I feel sorry for the cinemas now

With my new LG 60PZ550 3D Plasma I first ordered the wrong model of LG Active Shutter glasses and the best wasted a disappointing night she eliminated. The next morning, after a short and efficient LG support chat with Ramero, he told me that I need these new HF glasses. (Older models work with IR). So back to Revain's online store to spend more money (of course, these new glasses cost more). Got them today and charged them while we were having dinner. Three hours later the green light came on. there is a new IMAX 3D video on the new Panasonic 3D Blue Ray DVD player and. IMPRESSIVE! ! ! My wife was initially unhappy that I bought a 3D TV and spent the extra money on glasses. Now she doesn't want to give it to me. She just told me to order more. Tonight, however, I have to wait until she goes to bed early for my turn with them. Too bad Revain doesn't have "next hour" delivery =(In my opinion the picture and experience is better than on a big cinema screen. The 3D effect is constant from edge to edge. I can tilt my head. I can watch from every angle...IT'S ALL GOOD!Plus, no talking during the show.No annoying popcorn crunch. No soda. Now I don't have to bother anyone with it while watching a movie in my own privacy at home!for theater and sports teams, as more 3D titles and channels become available. Who wants to leave their family room? I thought it was a useless quirk. I also worried about buying first generation technology. To be honest, I don't see how it could get any better if I don't physically head out into the sea to swim with all the small, brightly fluorescent fish that flit around the pastel colored coral. save your money and get some of it now! A few small comments on the points. You'll need your fingernails to pry open the tiny charging port cover on the frame of your glasses. The cable connector is tiny and looks easy to damage. Now! Pros
  • They are not compatible with any of the 2010 LG TVs
Cons
  • The cable is shorter than other models
