If you think that rolling something up and sending it in a flat envelope would prevent it from folding you are pretty stupid . At the moment, the waistcoat is nothing more than an accordion made of folds. The material is cheap hard nylon or equivalent. I think you get what you pay for as the one listed as cotton costs twice as much. I only gave it 3 stars because it was cheap and intended for a one off costume party. If the wrinkles don't go away, I'll increase the rating by 1.
