Spoons are not stainless steel as they react to hand oil when touched and give off a metallic odor like coins. In addition, spoons and cups do not match processing. The cups are clearly marked and polished and look like stainless steel (although I doubt they're that good considering they're that good) and are obviously from a different manufacturer. Look closely at photos of spoons, their edges are sharp, unpolished and can even cut you if mishandled. Finally the ones I ordered can. Also, many of the spoons offered by Amazon have the exact same stamped shape and stamp, indicating the same manufacturer. Obviously these items were made using a pressing tool so you would think they would be the same but no. They don't go together well. I wouldn't use them for cooking because who knows what heavy metal they were made of or contain. None of the items are marked with stainless steel.
