The ease of use for creating email campaigns, easy to integrate with Salesforce Marketing Cloud from other platforms such as Marketo or Pardot - no need install any software! Easy way for users of our system send mass emails without worrying about sending spam messages.

I haven't found anything that could improve this product. This is great tool if you don’t have time/resources (and want) in-depth training about marketing automation tools. You can easily create automated sequence of actions when certain events occur and then trigger them one after another using an intuitive interface.
