Found these cups oh about 6 months ago and we Love these cups, about to buy more because my lil munchkin has managed to loose one of the two. Or the faeries took it lol 🤣 because it is not in this house. I don't know what biting problem people are having but maybe they should give their kids some crunchy things like chips or celery 🤷 because mine has never bitten her cup like the one picture. Lol the only thing I don't like is the parts factor. Because in real mom worlds we don't always have time for every peice or a dishwasher. But it's among the less annoying cups in the kid world and it definitely lives up to the no leak claim. That part is a definite plus. Also like how there's different tops so if ya got a little who likes to turn the cup upside down and use the straws on most cups now a days to just empty all over floors and tables, the hard spout/straw part is very beneficial. This mom gives this cup 5 stars ⭐
