The phone can fall out of the holster at the bottom.

I gave this case to a user of our company phone and he mailed it back to me within a week. The problem is that if you apply some pressure from above, the phone can fall out of the bottom of the carrying holster. The plastic is soft to the touch (which is nice) but too flexible to hold the phone securely. Needs extra support (large protrusion) on the bottom of the holster. It's a shame, I really liked this holster.
