As other reviewers have suggested, I unwrapped the case and left it in the sun for about twenty minutes. I cut it, routed the cables and it works like clockwork. It's quite heavy and stays in place - I use it on my hardwood floors and thought I might have to get some double sided tape to hold it in place, but it doesn't move at all. I'm giving 4 stars because I wish the cable channel was a bit wider. I have a coax, power and audio cable that I would like to run through another door, but I don't think it will fit all three.
