The team of sales people are very knowledgable about their product line which is great for me because I don't have much knowledge regarding this industry or any other industries so having someone with experience makes things easier! They also offer excellent customer service which has been fantastic!! Would love if they offered more training opportunities but that's not something we can control at our end unfortunately since it was such an awesome opportunity overall would recommend everyone who wants amazing support/training get onboarded through them. We've had some really good success using these services including being featured by major retailers like Nordstroms etc.. I like everything about this software! The layout of it is easy for me (a non techy person)to understand what each step does without having them read through pages upon page or watch videos that are too technical/densely packed with information!! Also being able figure out how much time we spend doing tasks manually vs using an automated system helps us save money by not paying our employees overtime when they do manual work instead if just running those same programs automatically.
