From all the rave reviews, I was very excited about this lunch bag. I opened the package as soon as it arrived to check it. At first glance it looked crooked and deflated, the walls of the package collapsing. I figured it was because they had to fold it before shipping and that it would eventually stand upright once the creases were ironed out. never mind I tried zipping up and noticed that the zip was very light and felt very cheap. I make the first turn around the edge and the zipper gets stuck. Maybe he got stuck on something? I look inside the bag and notice the lining is sticking out next to the zipper, so I pushed it down and the zipper came undone. So far nothing I can't handle. I unzip the bag and inspect the inside of the bag, and that's when I noticed that every time I tried to straighten the inside, the wall collapsed and the zipper teeth sagged inward. Upon closer inspection, I noticed that the lining was sewn into the zipper tape. Other issues I noticed were the mesh bottle cages. They didn't seem strong enough to hold a full water bottle. I rarely send things back as they do their job most of the time. This one, not so much. I was very disappointed.
