Works Good for the intended purpose of stopping the car at a certain point in the garage but I was a bit disappointed with the quality of it. The pole that the stop sign sits on could be a bit heavier as the stop sign swings into the garage with any wind. Although I checked the batteries and they are fine. But you can easily see the stop sign moving if you hit it with your car, so headlights are unnecessary in my opinion. For the price I was a bit disappointed and would have liked a little more volume. UPDATE: I bought a second one of these for the other side of the garage and the new one works great. The new ones are very delicate and the light always affects them when you hit them. The original doesn't glow when hit by a car, only when you take it off the pole and shake it. I even switched batteries between them but the old one still doesn't work. So the quality is hit or miss (they're very cheaply made) so it looks like you have a 50/50 chance of getting one that works as advertised. UPDATE 2 (07/09/14): The rating has been changed to 2 stars. Both bases have rusted over the winter and I'll throw them away and get something else.
