I ordered these poufs after many months of deliberation and am very glad I did. They walked to me for a long time, but I was in no hurry with them, so it didn't matter much. I was very happy with the quality of the poufs; They don't come stuffed but I ordered beads and styrofoam fillers which fit me perfectly. If you want a stiffer stool, I highly recommend stuffing it with old clothes from your donation pile. They don't feel lumpy at all, instead becoming firmer and more stable (as well as heavier). The way I did it worked great, but they are very light and still have a lot of air in them, so when you sit on them they squeeze a little. I have no problem with this because it's really just footrests in a room where I don't have a coffee table. They were more expensive but I would happily pay the same for them because the quality is very good. I love the way they look too!
