We have been using this platform for years now, it has helped us to grow our business exponentially by providing an online community that helps people find solutions they need when their problems are very specific or niche in nature. The customer service is great as well! I don't think there's anything we dislike about them at all - everything seems perfect so far :) If you're looking into forums platforms like ours then go ahead with GoForums because of its ease-of use features along with excellent support team behind every feature which makes your life easier while managing such large communities. Our customers love being able to ask questions directly from other members without having some third party involved (i know many companies would charge thousands per question but not here).
