The service provided by this software is so easy to use that I can’t think of anything negative about it! We have been using their services now since late 2018 but we had no problems until recently when they were forced out from our website as well due some sort of copyright issues (which honestly makes absolutely zero sense). After getting transferred over to another provider who was able to fix all my previous accounts in just one weekend without charge, everything works perfectly again with great functionality and features at an affordable price point.
