I am not pregnant. It never happened. But I got this to help wake me up with back pain. I tried a cheap body pillow from Target and it didn't work. It is not bulky, soft and reasonable. I sleep on my back and I make an L-shaped pillow with the small part under my knees and hug the long part. It has helped me not to wake up with such severe lower back pain. You have to adjust and shape the pillow, and it changes with every movement. Is it expensive? Yes but I use it every day and it helps me so it's worth it. I also like to use it to read or use my laptop in bed. And my cats love it too. And hopefully in the future it will be possible to use it for pregnancy and lactation!
