Works well. Adhesion is pretty good (much better than the dollar brand I sometimes use as a last resort lol). After a few hours it started to loosen up a bit but to be honest I'm not using it for its intended purpose. I use this to wrap my fingers to protect them while making wire jewelry. Constantly rubbing the wire can rub or even cut your fingers, and bandages prevent this. Other than that it held up pretty well and I don't think adhesion would be an issue if used as intended. The material is nice and breathable and the variety of colors is a big plus for me. I wish it didn't have 3 brown buns. The rolls are also a very good size and should last a while as I halved the width to fit, but I will definitely be buying another box when they run out.
