Comfortable, windproof and don't know if they're still waterproof

I've had them for a few weeks now but haven't had a chance to test their waterproof properties yet. However, I will say that they are comfortable and handle the wind really well. I'm 5'10" tall with a typical waist of 30-31" depending on the pants and a 31.5" inseam. I bought a 30-32" waist / 32" inseam in these pants and I did found them to be comfortable to walk on while riding, i could feel them starting to creep up my shins especially after putting your foot on a traffic light and such.. my riding boots are not full length (Alpinestars Ridge WP- boots) so I think they would be ok if they were. Well I returned them and got a 34" inseam and they are perfect for riding. Knees bend a bit when walking but I have Bought them for riding not for walking in the park I don't know how durable they will be on a slide and if the hip and knee pads are actually CE marked and not fake then I would be surprised (although I'm no expert) Luckily they are removable so you can make your own D30 pads or similar if that is more convenient for you. I wore these pants in my 30's (although my bike is quite protective) and also in my 80's although it's a bit sweaty which is hot (although the zippered leg slits help a bit). My biggest complaint so far is that the hook area of the velcro on the knees and ankles isn't long enough - I wish I could tie the knee area a little tighter to the leg. But they are certainly not transgressors. They also take up a lot of room keeping them on your bike all the time in case you get caught in the rain, so something to think about (unless you rip out the padding). I'm sure they will curl up pretty small).
