Meross is a heavy HomeKit user and really is one of my main sources for HomeKit accessories. their models and I have to say this is what I prefer. I appreciate the minimalist lines and overall look of the design - it fits perfectly into my very minimalist desktop. A very minor downside is that I would also like some adjustment to the support arm, but that's a minor thing. The light itself works fantastic. It took about three minutes to set it up in HomeKit using the Apple app and I was good to go. I prefer HomeKit bulbs (instead of incandescent bulbs) because I like being able to physically turn on the bulb. or off instead of relying solely on voice control. This lamp is no exception - I can use touch controls to dim or turn the lamp on OR set HomeKit automation to turn on automatically (when my motion sensor picks up motion, or at a certain time of day, or whatever ). Color temp is a bit wobbly at the moment until Apple updates its SDK in HomeKit, but really. Since I work during the day and use other lighting in the area (via linked Nanoleaf lamps) Circadian Lighting, this lamp's default temp matches anyway. Suffice it to say that HomeKit has enough options for this lamp to make it work very well. I really like this lamp. It has earned a spot on my very empty desktop. Highly recommended for home automation lovers.
