Rated one star as the system does not allow zero (or negative) stars. There is a tiny piece of plastic attached to the tip of the nozzle that WILL CLEAN AFTER A FEW USES! This is the part that makes it "spray" rather than "drip/drizzle" so it's IMPORTANT and it doesn't stay in the nozzle! And when you spray medicine up your nose, do you want to put a little piece of plastic in there? Luckily that didn't happen to me - mine just flew onto the carpet. And the piece is so small it's hard to find. And I shouldn't - how can you do that so badly?! And ALL THREE had a piece popping out, so it's not like I got any that escaped quality control! they are garbage. Do not buy. Period.
