I love this little box. He does one thing and he does it well. Want to host an intimate dance party in the middle of nowhere? Combine it with a powered speaker and a portable generator and you have a DIY minimalist 1000W Bluetooth speaker! Two (edit: three) minor annoyances.1. The supplied antenna is quite small and does not offer a large range. Get one of those booster antennas and you're all set, but before you do that; 2. The antenna connector on the box is a female SMA connector (see attached photo), so it will wear out first, and replacing it will be more difficult than just changing antennas. In order to extend the service life, please buy a SMA Female to RP SMA Female.3. After a few months of use I have to deduct a few stars as the range is very, VERY unimpressive, even with a signal booster or larger antenna. If you're lucky, you'll barely get to 10 feet both outside and inside. For all its professional appeal, I'd love something similar or better than say UE *BOOM products.
