Received this Seagate hard drive to replace the original (same part number) Seagate hard drive in our HP laptop which suddenly failed with no warning after just over 3 years of operation. Service. We figured it would be cheaper and easier to replace a failed hard drive and reinstall Windows 10, the Office suite, and other applications than buying a new laptop. Laptops similar to our HP towards the end of the year (and with all the Christmas sales) were more expensive than what we paid 3 years ago. Find out! Let's see how long this hard drive lasts.
