Great quality. I mean great. but if your truck has ambient air temp then you'll have to take the sensor out of your old mirrors, route it through, and pull the plug apart and add into the harness. Like most aftermarket mirrors you'll need to cut off the excess inner mounting bolt so it doesn't cut a groove in your door seam. For such great quality you would have thought it'd be plug and play.
