After reading their description of high-quality products and a wide range of options, I was thrilled to check out COCOBOO's online store because I frequently shop online and am interested in interior design. My interactions with this business, unfortunately, did not live up to my expectations in any way. To begin, the products I ordered and received were not of the standard that was described on the website, which was a major disappointment. Given that the artificial flowers and plants were supposed to be of high-quality, it was disheartening to see that they instead appeared fake and low-cost. The house decor items were also unimpressive and did not have the distinctive patterns that I had been assured they would have. In general, I had the impression that I had squandered my money on products of poor quality. Things were made even more difficult by the fact that COCOBOO's customer support was below average. When I contacted out to voice my dissatisfaction, I was given a standard response that did not address any of my concerns or provide a solution. It was abundantly obvious that they did not care about the level of satisfaction that I, as a customer, experienced. In conclusion, the procedure of shipping was a complete and utter nightmare. My purchase did not arrive for several weeks, and when it did, some of the items were broken because of the poor packaging they were shipped in. Attempting to get a refund for the damaged items was a difficult and time-consuming procedure that was fraught with frustration. In conclusion, if you are searching for high-quality items to decorate your home, I would not recommend COCOBOO to you. The products do not live up to their advertising, the customer service is subpar, and the delivery procedure is a source of frustration. Look elsewhere to satisfy your requirements for interior design to save yourself some trouble.
