Review on GIVON by Byron Patil

The dress and jewelry I purchased from GIVON's online store were of poor quality, and the service I got after placing my order was even worse. The outfit I ordered did not arrive and it did not fit. The material was also low-quality and not at all like the picture-perfect cloth. I tried to get in touch with GIVON's support staff, but they were completely apathetic and useless. Not only did the jewelry I ordered not match the online photos, but it also came broken. Customer service was unhelpful and unresponsive when I contacted them about the problem, and they didn't replace the broken items or give me a refund. Overall, I was disappointed and frustrated by my time spent with GIVON. I would not suggest this online shop because neither the products nor the customer service live up to their claims of high quality.
