This is the best option if you have a suitable car. It looks like a factory fit, much better than the aftermarket models that you have to glue or screw onto the license plate frame. Replacing the trunk handle also meant no holes had to be drilled as the handle fits the trunk. Offers a very easy installation! It's worth noting that almost all VAG cars do this, they use a light control module that doesn't allow connection to reverse lights for power, so don't plan on doing this. Fortunately, the video cable for this also has a built-in power cable. If you are installing (or already have) a non-original radio, the adapter that connects to the VW bus already has a return power cable. So all you have to do is run a video cable and then connect the power to this pin on the harness and the other end in front of the camera. Very simple and light, and no need to search for brake light wires! The only thing that scares me is that it's a pretty cheap camera made by a basically unknown Chinese company. So who knows how it will hold up. But thankfully it's cheap, and if it breaks, the cables are already running, so replacing a new one is quick and easy.
