First of all I can't deduct a single star because I cook lasagne in a deep plate. These casseroles are fantastic! They are stylish and also very good records. The handles are strong and the small pan hugs the larger pan so nicely. They keep well in the little door under my oven. Ceramic versus glass is not a problem. Now glass has its advantages. However, I do know that ceramic is much better for even cooking and even baking. Ceramic holds heat longer, distributes it more evenly and ends up allowing for the most efficient cooking/baking possible. There is an additional personal belief that ceramic is easier to clean and better than glass. 5 stars with the hope that Goldenplayer deepens the dish!
