When I first bought these I had a connection problem. The phone was in my pocket and if I turned my head just a little the audio would get choppy, worse than the old Sony Discman we all had. The buttons don't work about 75% of the time and 100% of the time you have to take them out of your ear to press them (because the pressure to activate the buttons IF you can get them to activate is too much and you end up slipping the receiver through your head and out of the other ear). The company had good customer service and offered me a replacement or a 50% discount to upgrade to a new product. I decided to get a spare pair because I didn't want to spend more money on a product that I wasn't sure would work as I expected. The new replacement pair was no better, so this feature and quality is normal for this product. When I'm sitting at a table in front of a phone connected to headphones, they work fine. BUT DON'T MOVE, DON'T BREATHE, DON'T COUGH. They break the delicate balance of Bluetooth and BOOM waves, music is disrupted. This gets fixed with a reset every time (instructions from Jabees), but in an 8 hour workday I can reset them 3-4 times, each time I need to plug the headphones back into my phone, computer or macbook .it means it's a def. not my phone. This happens on multiple devices. In summary, they sound great and can last all day. The carrying case is way better than Apple or others that have a flip cover. but they are not comfortable and from 2 pairs I have the same performance. I'm not sure if version 2.0 or "Pro" is better, but I don't want to risk it.
