I purchased one for me and one for my sister for the holidays. She was satisfied and so was I. I am very particular about pajamas. Due to an allergy, I must have cotton. These are 95% cotton and 5% spandex. They do not cause any reaction for me. I did purchase a large although I usually wear a medium. The fit was good.
