Some of the rubber feet fell off after first use and it seems expensive for a plastic box, but both connectors work and the device works as expected. The only surprise I found was the need to download drivers from the manufacturer (which may need updating, and there's no automatic notification or mailing list to know when), but once installed it worked properly. I found out about this via chat with the support team who were helpful and efficient in resolving my issue. If I could I would give this a 3.5 star rating given the price, build quality, lack of plug and play and overall functionality. It's not a product that fits well into the Mac ecosystem, but it does what it's supposed to.
