The overall customer service is great! I like how fast they respond to emails or phone calls; it's always nice when you are dealing with someone who genuinely cares about your needs/concerns versus just being another number in an application process (like other companies). They do not provide any type of guarantee for solar panel installations. We were told that we would receive our quote within 7-10 business days after submitting all relevant info via email but nothing came back until two weeks later which made me feel as if my information was mishandled at some point during this time frame. In addition, there seemed very little communication between myself & team members regarding what exactly went wrong once submitted - no explanation given beyond "it didn't go through" even though the system says otherwise so I'm left wondering whether something did indeed get lost along the way because now everything seems delayed instead of expedited due to lack of transparency from staff member(s) involved?
