White cable looks better in a room
I recently bought this white coax cable to replace the black one that goes to our cable modem. Our cable wall outlet is high on the wall (presumably for easier access) and the black cable was an eyesore. White wire blends in better (we'll probably hide in the wireway entirely). In terms of performance, we don't see any significant changes from the previous cable, but as mentioned, this purchase was made more for aesthetic reasons than anything else.
