My setup seems perfect for this: Acer Swift 3 laptop (with Thunderbolt 4 port on Windows 11), LG ultrawide monitor, USB mouse and web HD USB camera. I connected the Hyrta dock to my laptop and the Thunderbolt Control Center recognized it. Both USB peripherals are properly connected. So I plugged the included HDMI-to-USB-C adapter into the monitor cable and connected it to the dock (via the Thunderbolt 3 port on the back of the dock). Nothing has happened. The LG display didn't recognize that it was connected and the laptop couldn't recognize the new display. I tried replacing the Hyrta-supplied adapter with a simple unpowered USB-C hub that I've used with many systems. I connected the HDMI cable to the hub and then connected the hub to the docking station. Nothing. However, when I connected the hub directly to my laptop, I was able to use the display. I don't know what the problem is. I think I'll stick with a simple hub for now. Shame.
