Let's just say that I recently had the unfortunate joy of shopping at WIIBROOK, and it was an experience I won't be having any time soon. Although they made grand claims about offering premium products at affordable rates, what I actually got was more like a cheaply made knockoff that was purchased from a clearance rack. To make matters worse, the support staff was about as useful as a wet noodle and the supposedly "exceptional customer service" was anything but. It was as if you were speaking to a concrete wall that had been taught to give you evasive, useless platitudes. What about the costs? Let's just say that I wouldn't characterize them as "competitive." WIIBROOK appears to be under the impression that consumers will pay more for subpar products and poor service. I won't be giving them any more of my company or my hard-earned money in the future, it goes without saying.
