Fur. The color is not bright and they scratch easily

The material is strong but the color doesn't match the color. I first noticed the color wasn't as bright as the picture but didn't want to mess with the return. I find mine usually looks brown unless I've just washed my hands or when the light is just right. He also has all the scratches.
