Not Smudge Proof - my new review
Not smudge proof for most of my pens i take notes with, as you can see from the photo only 2 out of the 5 pens I tried were smudge proof. I even waited a few minutes to see if they would dry, however they still smudged. Disappointing since I wanted to use this for pictures and diagrams for my note books.
- So so pretty! Love the transparency and the color.
