I did a lot of research looking for a new luggage rack. It fits nicely under the southwest seat. I didn't even have to take the wheels off. Some people had it outstanding, but they had no problem with it. I attached a small lining for the drawer, soft so when rotated it would be at the bottom. Laying it flat to put under the seat, I unfolded it. It's hard to lie flat. The airline is very good at the airport. would recommend. My dog is 15 pounds and she seemed pretty comfortable.
