This cable is very high quality but when I plug in the Skullcandy headphones I have to twist them on the input (the female end of this cable) for the audio to work properly. I tested it with no cable and no issues, so I know it's a cable. However, I like how heavy it is. I've rolled it around in my computer chair a few times and it hasn't broken in any way. For the record, that was after the above issues. They came right out of the box. In general very satisfied. This also works when I need to rotate a little.
