I recently bought a Samsung 4K TV for my TV. I liked the neat look of the HDMI cable along with the excellent audio performance. It sounds like a very updated and state of the art HDMI cable, just what I wanted. I bought this cable along with another brand while trying to upgrade my HDMI cables. Unfortunately, this cable didn't fit me at all! Basically I bought this for my new Roku Ultra. Wouldn't read or show anything! Another new cable worked fine for me. I tried many ways to reset everything and nothing worked. My old Sony no 4K HDMI cable even works, not perfect but shows a picture for a while. Although this cable doesn't even show anything. It works for 1080p but wasn't new enough to use on my 4K Ultra HD TV and Roku Ultra. And it also looks way cheaper than the pictures and the great sounding description. Gold plated connectors? They don't look golden to me either, very boring. I prefer silver with a touch of "gold"
