Beware of imitations of this product. Specifically, yesterday I received a fake from these guys. This is the return information they sent me. I will not pay for counterfeit goods to be shipped. Strangely, Revain is listed as an authorized seller on the Sandisk website. There are no letters or numbers on my reader at all. It came in a mailing envelope with no retail packaging. There is no way you can find out who made this product or who the manufacturer should be. There was virtually no attempt to present this product as a Sandisk product other than the shape, color and description when I purchased it. I understand it's only a few bucks, but if it's fake, say so. They don't cost a dime. Not only did I call Sandisk and describe the product where they said what I received was indeed a fake, but they asked for pictures. I sent them two high resolution macro photos of the product and they called me back and left a message that they confirmed this product is fake. For some reason the message said they would call me back in 30 minutes. I do not know why. I'll see if I can post photos of the fake.
