These shirts run small, so be sure to order one size larger. My daughter usually wears a size 7/8 or 12. Due to mixed reviews on the fit, I ordered a size 12 and 14 in red and a size 14/16 in navy. Initially they all fit, but after a few washes (cold) the size 12 shirt no longer fits because the tummy is not visible. Red is not included in size 14/16 and Navy is not included in size 14. If you normally buy a size 12 I would suggest you buy a size 14/16 in navy or a 14/16 in another color specifically designed to fit a size 14/16 shirt. The size 14/16 shirt initially felt big when my daughter first tried it on, but after a few washes it was perfect.
