This was the product I was looking for - the one for my Henry vacuum cleaner. Turns out my vacuum was HEPA (High Efficient Particle Suppression), which means it cleans the air to about 3 microns, meaning you can vacuum and the air doesn't smell of dust. But it was, so I threw away the standard bags I was using and grabbed these as they seemed to be the right ones. I contacted a vacuum company and they said it is a HEPA vacuum when used in conjunction with this type of bag. So I gave it a try and when the bag is new it works like the HEPA I've encountered (commercial models) but as the bag starts to fill it starts to smell. Changing the bag early, i.e. when it is half full (varies), solves this problem. This isn't the first household vacuum to appear to do this - no smell at first, but once the bag starts to fill it starts to smell. Maybe it is. So if you don't mind changing bags more often (it's a big bag so you still have a lot of vacuuming to do) then buy this bag. The rest was fine. The only possible improvement would be to make the hole self-sealing when you remove it from a vacuum, so you don't have to be as careful as a surgeon when removing it for fear of creating a small cloud of dust. Like the Miele vacuum cleaner I use in the office. (Perhaps this has more to do with the vacuum cleaner brand than the bag itself.) Hope this helps!
