Perfect solution for a bad back
My husband's back was in terrible shape for a month. He refused to see our physician or our chiropractor, and the massage therapy I got for him was good -- but he didn't want to continue with it. Finally, in desperation, I asked my yoga instructor/exercise coach if she could help. She brought a bolster as one of the tools for exercising his back into place, and it was just the trick! Now he does beginner yoga every day and ends with the bolster exercises.
