The spoons are too big for small children

To start I was looking for some spoons that a 3 year old could use. too big for children. I've included a picture of a Plaskidy spoon (far left), medium teaspoon, baby spoon, and baby spoon for size comparison. These spoons are ideal for older children and/or adults.
